The first Barron Lake Association meeting of the season will be Saturday, June 8, at 10 a.m., at the Don Marlin Kiddie Corral Park, 1400 Barron Lake Road (corner of Barron Lake and Huntly Roads). All meetings will be held at this location.
Among the business to be conducted will be a presentation by hydrogeologist Todd Feenstra, owner of Tritium, Inc., the company that oversaw the project to install a new well/pump on the lake.
The July meeting will be held Saturday, July 13, at 10 a.m.
The annual meeting will be held Saturday, Aug. 10, at 10 a.m., and will include election of board officers. Also, guest speaker Melissa DiSimone, executive director of the Michigan Lakes and Streams Association, will discuss various topics of importance to residents and property owners on inland lakes.
Additional meetings may be called as needed.
