To our Barron Lake neighbors,
It was a busy summer on the lake with various projects and events–like the final work on the augmentation well (update in this newsletter), election of officers (welcome to our newest member Bill Newhouse), social nights, (fun evenings at Barron Lakeside coordinated by Jennifer Scherr Jacobson) and the sausage and corn roast, (spearheaded by Marcia Hummel–with an awesome turnout) to name a few. It’s our hope you had a wonderful summer and got to enjoy the water and beautiful weather with family and friends.
Summer is always beautiful on the lake, but as we headed into fall, we were treated to beautiful colors compliments of the tree-lined streets and open fields. Soon, winter will be upon us and once again, as much as we don’t always enjoy traveling in the snow–it’s beautiful to see and we know it will help our lake maintain its level.

We hope you and yours have a wonderful Thanksgiving. Those of us living on this beautiful lake have a lot to be thankful for.
