We’ve gotten a number of new neighbors these past few years as real estate on Barron Lake followed the trend of quick sales.
In 2021, five properties sold. In 2020, there were 10 properties that sold. Five of these properties never hit the Multiple Listing Service–three were for sale by owner; the other two were closed with the help of a Realtor. Currently, there is one property listed for sale.
Home prices continued to rise in 2022 and are expected to slightly rise in 2023.
