Dog licenses are no longer being sold at the Howard Township offices, but are available at several other locations throughout Cass County.
The annual license for your dog, which is due by Feb. 28, can be purchased at several locations. The closest locations are:
- Town and Country Veterinary Clinic, 3127 N. Fifth St., Niles
- Cass County Treasurer’s Office, Suite 113, 120 N. Broadway St., Cassopolis
- Cass County Animal Control, 323 M 62, Cassopolis
- Bergman Small Animal P.C., 906 E. State st., Cassopolis
The newest option includes creating a secure online account at www.ccacshelter.org
After the Feb. 28 deadline, dog licenses only can be purchased at the Cass County Treasurer’s Office, Cass County Animal Control or online.
Dog license prices:
Puppy: (4 to 6 months) $10
Adult (sterilized) $10
Adult (unsterilized) $25
Licenses purchased after Feb. 28 deadline are subject to penalties.
